Responsible for the Value Innovation initiative is Tobias Larsson. Having 20 years of research experience in the product development field, I’m today a chaired professor at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden, where I run the Product Development Research Lab at BTH, and has also been Dean of Faculty of Engineering.

Starting out with a PhD within Computer Aided Design with a focus on Simulation Driven Design, I have explored the fields of transportation, automotive, aerospace and space, together with recent explorations into healthcare sector. I have collaborated and set up multiple research projects and have a wide global network in education, research and industry.

Collaborators over the years are on the industrial side Airbus, Axis, BAE Land Systems Hägglunds, Ericsson, GKN Aerospace, Rolls-Royce, Telenor, Saab, Sandvik Coromant, Stena, Tetra Pak, VINNOVA, Volvo Cars, Volvo Construction Equipment to mention some.
